Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges are not currently available. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order through koistyleuk.com.
